Achieve total consistency across your menu. This set includes both our 41.7mm Single-Shot Stepdown basket and our 59mm Double-Shot basket, specifically engineered to remove the variables usually associated with switching between different shot volumes.
By matching the internal geometry and flow dynamics of both baskets, this set allows baristas to maintain the same grind setting and brew parameters for both single and double shots without compromising on quality.

  • Synchronised Workflow: Designed as a true pair. When used with the same puck depth, the extraction characteristics—including flow rate, pressure resistance, and extraction yield—are closely matched.
  • Uniform Taste Profile: Eliminates the common "flavour gap" between singles and doubles. Enjoy the same clarity and body in a 9g–12g dose as you do in an 18g–24g dose.
  • Precision Engineering: Both baskets are CNC-machined with laser-drilled hole patterns to ensure uniform water distribution and prevent channelling across the entire surface area.
  • Optimised Dosing: The 41.7mm basket handles 9g–12g doses, while the 59mm basket handles 18g–24g doses, providing a versatile range for modern espresso recipes.
  • Compatibility:
    • Single-Shot: Fits 41mm tampers and funnels.
    • Double-Shot: Fits 58.5mm tampers and funnels.
Note on Dosing Funnels: For the single-shot basket, please note that funnels designed for the original LM 7g geometry may not seat fully due to our shallower, high-yield step-down design.
